General Conference

This last weekend was General Conference. This is easily one of my favorite weekends of the entire year. I'm so glad it happens twice a year! I felt so uplifted and re-energized.

We went to stand in the stand-by line for the Saturday morning session. The morning session was so full that they only took 35 people into the Conference Center; we were not some of those people. But it was still fun to be in the Tabernacle to watch the morning session.

We watched the afternoon session at Amy's house then went to Gordy's house. Ben and Gordy went to the Priesthood session together while I stayed home with Brooke, Anna and the babies :)

Sunday morning we had tickets to watch the morning session in the Conference Center. It is always an amazing experience to be with that many people hearing prophets give inspired messages.

Sunday afternoon we went back to Gordy's to watch the afternoon session.

It was a very busy weekend and it made me exhausted, but I learned so much, got answers to questions and enjoyed the time I was able to spend with family :)
