Second Half of Summer Recap

Well, it's been a while since my last blog post...but here's what we were up to in July and August.

4th of July
We went to see the hot air balloons as part of Provo's Freedom Festival for the 4th of July.

Grumpy Yoda

We also watched the parade with our friends the Bosses.

Ben's Birthday
We went to Tucano's for Ben's birthday before we headed to Montana.

Montana: Davis Family Reunion
We went to Montana for the Davis Family Reunion. It was Ben's first time in Montana.
Look at that sky!
Hunter is now taller than my dad.

Lots of games were played under the big Montana sky.

We stopped to see the Idaho Falls temple on our way home.

Zumba Instructor
I went to Arizona at the end of July/beginning of August to visit my grandma and to get certified as a Zumba Instructor.

Tuacahn: Beauty and the Beast
In August we went to see Beauty and the Beast at Tuacahn.

We only got to see the first half because it got rained out :(

Due to the rain, we weren't able to hike like we planned on. So we went to the Tabernacle instead.

Nielsen Family Reunion
We had the Nielsen Family Reunion in August as well. We were based out of Gordy's house. Ben slept in his new tent for a few nights while he stayed there. I had work meetings so I spent the night at our apartment in Provo.

Clark and Rose were best buds.

Lots of bugs were played with.

And we went on hikes.

Charlie had a good time.

Rose liked the hike too
The Ackers
The Ackers came out to Utah for a trip and we were lucky enough to see them for a little bit!
Ward Campout
We went on our annual ward campout.

We have such a wonderful Bishop who does so much for us!
New Apartment
We moved! This was during the first week of school (for me). We just moved downstairs in the same house. We now, for the first time in our 3 years of marriage, have a real bed. Thanks to all of our friends and family who helped us move!

Thanks for reading through this photo dump :) Hopefully I'll get better at blogging more regularly...
