A lot happened in the shortest month of the year:
We've been continuing our healthy eating habits and have been experimenting with new recipes and foods. We have also been hitting the Rec Center 5-6 times a week every week to exercise.
We went to The Riverwoods Fire and Ice event where we saw lots of intricate ice sculptures. The theme was Star Wars which made it even cooler. We wrote all about it on our Yellow Van Travels blog.
On February 9th, our new niece Lyda Elizabeth was born. She is so sweet and perfect.
We got free Chipotle.
My family came to town over Valentine's/President's Day weekend. We spent lots of time with them, including going to the Provo City Center Temple Open House and going ice skating at Utah's Olympic Oval.
We went to Utah's RV Expo. Read more about it here.
Lastly, we went to The Great Outdoors Expo the next weekend.
It was a busy, full month with March looking to be even busier!
